Through a gamified team challenge, participants will investigate a real-life business case, analyze warning signs, identify critical mistakes, and carry out an “organizational autopsy” to uncover the causes behind a company's collapse. An opportunity to reflect on the challenges organizations face and discover warning signals that may also be present in our own projects and businesses.
