The Basque Government's Department of Food, Rural Development, Agriculture and Fisheries is organizing this session to present and discuss the draft of the Strategic Plan for Gastronomy and Food 2030 (PEGA 2030). During the session, the conclusions of the diagnostic phase, the main challenges facing the sector, and the transformative projects that will guide the future of the Basque agri-food ecosystem will be shared.
