In 2025, WITH celebrates the second edition of the New Leadership Models Week. From March 17-21, together with dozens of organizations across the country, we will reflect on the different dimensions of leadership and how today's environment demands leaders who are inclusive, flexible, authentic, connected and constantly evolving.

The theme for the 2025 edition focuses on the growth of New Leadership Models. This movement is rapidly expanding, driven by people who believe that leading differently is not only possible, but necessary, and who are committed to exemplifying this change. Its growth is fueled by inspiration, human connection and the multiplier effect of each leader's influence on their environment.
